Founded by a passionate educator with more than 30 years of teaching experience in elementary and preschool settings, Little Sprouts Learning Center provides play-based learning curriculums to children from 4 months to Pre-K ages and
a private Classical elementary school program.

Meet Our Director
Risa Byrd
My name is Risa Byrd. I am the owner and director of Little Sprouts Learning Center. My goal is to provide children 4 months old-Pre-K the utmost care and exceptional learning experiences. We have added a Classical elementary school in the fall of 2023, with subsequent grades being added each year.
I hold a M.A. in Educational Leadership, a B.A.E. in Elementary Education, a CDA and Florida Preschool Director’s Credential. I have been teaching for over thirty years and am excited about the next step in my teaching journey.
I look forward to welcoming your little ones to the Little Sprouts family!

Young children have lively minds from the start. We strive to make the most of this natural quality by enabling them to experience, investigate, care about others, interact, develop and create. We strive to deepen and strengthen children’s essential knowledge and skill by providing them with hands-on learning and play opportunities.
